Establishing an Account
Initial orders must be $250.00 in wholesale before shipping & handling charges are applied. re-orders must be $100.00 in wholesale before shipping charges & handling charges are applied.>
A surcharge of $5.00 will apply to orders under $100.00 (excluding drop shipments - see shipping terms for additional details)
Ordered merchandise that is unavailable at the time of shipping will be placed on back order. We are not required to notify you if requested merchandise will not be included with your original order. Back ordered merchandise is generally shipped out when it becomes available; however, we reserve the right to hold merchandise and ship at a later date.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped UPS GROUND. Our terms are F.O.B. Brooklyn, NY. All freight and handling charges will be added to the invoice. We do not ship merchandise that will be guaranteed by the carrier to arrive on Saturday or any Jewish Holiday.
Drop Shipments (as defined by Rite Lite Ltd.) costs are as follows:
A $7.50 Drop ship charge will be added to orders below $100 in wholesale.
A $15.00 Drop ship charge will be added to orders equal to or above $100 in wholesale.
Drop ship charges are in addition to shipping costs and will not be waived for any reason.
Rite Lite Ltd. is not liable for any damage or delay in the delivery of the goods. We will do our best to assist you with any claims that must be made if the need arises.
NET 30 TERMS: Open account terms are extended to customers with excellent credit references only. Terms begin from the date of invoice. To arrange terms, please fax a minimum of 3 credit references to our credit department. Note: When providing references, please make sure that the companies and information is current. If we cannot contact the supplied references, terms will not be granted. We reserve the right to revoke credit terms for any reason.
NET "X" - CC: To receive NET "X" terms, a credit card must be provided at time of purchase. The credit card will be charged for the full amount of the invoice at the specified number of days if alternate payment is not received. By placing an order under such terms, the user consents to this charge without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD: Orders will be shipped only once payment has been processed. If the Credit Card is invalid, an attempt will be made to contact the card holder or purchaser. However, Rite Lite Ltd. is not responsible for obtaining such information and if valid payment is not received the order will be subject to cancellation. Credit card information may be kept on file for future reference.
COD: $9.00 will be applied to the shipping charges.
We do not accept any Foreign or Third Party Checks
A charge of $40.00 will be applied to any returned check. No exceptions will be made.
All claims (damages, shortages, etc.) will be accepted by fax, e-mail or mail only.
If a return is necessary, an RA # (authorization number) will be provided. This number must appear on the outside of the package returned. No package will be accepted without it. Permission to return any merchandise must be authorized by Rite Lite Ltd. and returned prepaid by the purchaser.
We do NOT issue call tags.
If merchandise arrives broken, please save the original carton and fax or e-mail the information to us so that we arrange for the carrier to inspect the package.
ALL CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES, DAMAGES ETC. MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
